Heather Inwood-Montrose is a certified Journeyman Welder trained in Calgary, Alberta, Canada holding an Interprovincial Red Seal  and CWB/ASME tickets.  She owns and operates Irondell Metal Works.

Heather is a TIG welder by trade who has 15 years experience working in the welding & aerospace industry primarily with metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.  She has also worked with corrosion resistant specialty metals such as inconel.  Heather uses her background working in industry to distinct advantage as a custom welder.

The Ontario Trillium Foundation commissioned Heather to create their 2009 Great Grants Awards .  "It was an challenge to recreate the Trillium Foundation logo in signature Irondell 3D mandala with bronze detailing. Knowing that a number of incredible organizations who sponsor Trillium now have one of my art pieces feels amazing and is truly an honor!" H:)
